1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LifeByPriority, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LifeByPriority is a goal management and productivity application that helps you organize and prioritize your goals using the Eisenhower Matrix methodology. The service includes:

• Goal creation and management
• Priority matrix organization
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Reminders and notifications
• Cloud synchronization (premium feature)
• Web access (premium feature)

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of LifeByPriority, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your device's app store settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Use automated systems to access the service

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the goals and content you create in LifeByPriority. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

LifeByPriority, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our application without permission.

8. Disclaimers

LifeByPriority is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeByPriority and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
